When you use the kitchen planner, book a visit or send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email, town and the details of your project, plus any photos or plans you attach. We only use them to answer you, prepare your design and quote, and arrange visits.

Legal basis and retention

The basis is your consent and the steps prior to a contract that you request. We keep your data while we are in contact and, if you become a client, for the periods required by law.

Who we share it with

Nobody, unless required by law. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or delete your data, object to or restrict its use and request portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
